The most common question I get asked is how I got into photography! I first became interested in photography through yearbook! I became the Editor In Chief of my high school yearbook staff and got a ton of photography experience. In 2018, I won first place in a very competitive photography competition and had my photos on display in a NYC art gallery!! I started my photography business soon after this in 2018! Then I started doing wedding photography in 2022.
I graduated from Texas A&M in 2022 with my bachelor's in psychology. I am currently getting my master's in counseling at UMHB and will graduate in 2025. It is extremely time-consuming to be a grad student & photographer, but it is also so rewarding! When I'm not studying or editing, I like to spend time with my dog & boyfriend, read (huge SJM fan), travel, go to concerts (huge Grateful Dead/ Dead & Co fan), cook, take care of my plants, or do anything creative. I'm also a lover of anything vintage, which is why I have too many film cameras!
I find so much joy in getting to know each of my clients and capturing memories that will last forever! On wedding days I use more of a documentary style of photography. I love capturing details, the little moments, and all the emotions of the day! If you feel awkward or never know how to pose... I'm your girl! Almost all my clients say they're awkward in front of the camera, but my natural poses always make them feel comfortable and look amazing!
